Work + leadership
I’m an experienced leader of teams that solve global customer and business problems across disciplines. I am currently a Director of Product at CafeMedia. Previously I’ve led Finance, Legal, and transactional email product teams, partnership teams that have created strategy, programming, benefits for a global customer base; cross-functional teams that launched multi-channel marketing campaigns; managed and executed crisis communication plans for a range of business scenarios.
As a leader I value servant leadership, clear communication, staying flexible, and coming to all scenarios from a place of openness and respect.
Feminist at large
I believe strongly in Shine Theory and I’m passionate about supporting women getting the support and sponsorship they need to be their most successful selves in the workplace. I spend as much time as I can coaching and mentoring, and co-created a community that’s focused on professional support.
